Lusk, Drasites, Tolisano & Smith, P.A. began providing legal services in Southwest, Florida, in 1982, with its primary office located in Cape Coral, Florida, but also serving Fort Myers, Florida. Originally focusing on business/commercial litigation and real estate, it was expanded in 1986 to include Personal Injury Litigation, Family Law and Criminal representation were added as additional areas of practice in 1992.
Although our main office is in Cape Coral, Florida, geographically we have grown to extend our services into all of Southwest, Florida, including Fort Myers, Port Charlotte and Naples, Florida. Our presence in the Southwest, Florida community has developed over the years into a full service law firm of 10 attorneys who live and work in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Port Charlotte, where we continually strive to better serve our clients.
